Atlas Pile Testing Systems delivers its first T650 to the United States

Atlas Pile Testing Systems, part of the Datum Group, (a DYWIDAG-Systems International company) has recently delivered a T650 (formerly known as a Titan 650) automatic, static pile testing system to the USA, marking the companies first sale of a T650 into the US market.

The T650 was delivered to US-based Geottle Inc., a leading build construction company, specialising in deep foundations, earth retention and marine construction, with offices in Cincinnati, Pittsburgh and Chicago. The T650 was manufactured and shipped from Datum’s Manchester office in the UK. Rory O’Rourke, VP for Sales at Datum and Aiden Taylor carried out operator training at Geottle’s site, during their 1-week visit to the US in June.

Showing the equipment functioning, on Datum’s uniquely developed software suite – Platform Interactive – was very powerful, so much so that the Geottle team invited other guests to its offices during the week, to see the T650 being demonstrated, with Platform Interactive providing real-time information and interacting with equipment across the world, during the testing.

A productive week was had by the Atlas and Geottle teams, and with further purchases planned by other US-based companies, both Rory and Aiden look forward to future visits to the USA.
